Return & Refund Policy – The ClaurisRose Collection 

Cosmetics & Skincare: 

For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics and skincare products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. 

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Jewelry: 

Jewelry can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags/certificates intact. 

Custom or engraved pieces are final sale. 

Bowties & Accessories: 

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Items 

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. 

4. Refund Process 

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. 

5. How to Initiate a Return

We’ll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions. 

Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method. 

6. Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for eligible items of equal or lesser value. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference.
